It doesnt affect just UK people, we from Portugal use the same hour you do and also make this clock going back thing. I use to get up at 6a.m. and this last sunday i went to bed late because i have been watching the last tarantino's movie, so i just slept for 3hours. The work did it self just fine, you know how it is when you have an "auto-pilot" kind of job...
I'm still tired and I need at least one week to feel me good again
