OK i would say bad beat but i have no idea what so ever how this went down, there are a situations where i can justify villian's play. If you can give a hand analysis and let me know what happened then we can chat.

I think this is what happend, Dj rush is delt AK he makes a decent sized raise pre flop as you would in middle position to get the fish out, everyone folds to BB where is a donk and thinks yeah i have money in the pot already lets gamble, flop comes u hit 2 pair Aces and Kings, he has Straight draw, u push he calls thinking he will hit his 10 which this is nothing out of the ordinary this happends every day on fulltilt and alot of other sites. BTW in order for me to analyize this abit better, can u tel us what the raise's were preflop and after the flop did u slow play your AK or push it?

why are u going all in if someone has maybe a flush or a str8 what we on the a end can see..so i think it was stupid to call all in u have with this lose more,, that u have check or bet a little bit u can reducation your lose..

Maybe the caller was chip leader and could easily afford to call without risking anything. We need more info on what happen in this hand. It still sucks though.

Well if DJ Was short stacked then is was the right thing to do and push all in, and as you said the other guy may have been chip leader so it also was the right call for him, if he was getting the right odds.

What was the limit? Capping a gutshot on the flop seems not very proffesional. My favourite badbeat happened on partypoker nl1/2$ Im bb 7/4 of spades callin a minraise flop: 856 (5/6 of spades) (YEAH) Oponent direclty pushes 94$ in to a 8$pot (YEAH) turn: J of spades river: A of spades Oponent wins with onecard flush (8 of spades)
the same thing happened at tomislav's place once...before he kicked me out... i had two pair...and he got the straight in the end...i lost a lot of "monopoly"-money...
