Ok so the other day after an 4 hour grind, my girlfriend asked me to go out with her, but I politely refused saying I was tired from playing poker. Her response: “How can you be tired if you’ve just been sitting around all day on the computer?”
Is this true?? Is poker actually mentally demanding, or is the girlfriend right??

I think it's a little, yeah. Particularly if you lost, you feel bad and don't want to get out. But I think it's good to go out and have sone fresh air to clear your mind
Any action you take in your computer makes you get tired, even playing poker. However I personally don't use this excuse to avoid going out with my girl

lol, 4 hours is nothing man. Id understand if ud had some 8 hour session, then it really gets into your head and sometimes you dont want to do anything else after that. I find its good to go out and clear your head or go running or to the gym - you need to take care of yourself and your health aswell as the social part - otherwise soon youll see a disaster coming

i think long sessions can be mentally tiring if you have been multitabling but a 4 hr session shouldnt be much tiring.
