some thing weird is going on at poker nordica, its like theres no one working over there,I have been waiting for my cash out for a 4 days they say it only take 48 hrs,and I send them an email all I get back is an automated response........ and after that nothing oh bye they way Ive have been getting my rake for playing it gets deposit back into you re poker account, you can also see you re rake back report in the player admin option in the poker client, I have also heard that since merge handles all most of there skins deposit and withdrawal, that the network is the one screwing up big time giving the skins that are one there network bad names cause the players like me and you arent getting paid, but to get no response from poker nordica is very weird and worriesome makes me want too cash out all my money but no one there to approve any thing. take a look this
Message from the CEO of Poker Nordica Hi there all, It is unfortunate that this News Article was only brought to my attention now, but I would like to clarify and clear things up from our side that we do not do the processing for all deposits and withdrawals from our side. This is left to the Merge Gaming Network and we are well aware of the problems that they have caused in the past regarding extremely late withdrawals. I have been in constant contact with the CEO of Merge Gaming to ensure that this problem gets sorted out as fast as possible for the obvious reason that they are giving our brand a really bad name in the industry. This has been a long battle with Merge Gaming to get them to sort it out and they have assured me that all has been sorted out and that as of this week, all withdrawal times are being reduced to the standard times. I would like to request that if any players experience further delays by the end of this week (19th of February 2010) that they are to contact [email protected] with their concerns. Please ask to be directed to myself, Mike Eloff, and I will assist in getting your withdrawal sorted out and processed for you. I just want to clarify the last point of the news article that we need to re-evaluate our Customer Service Training. This is another service we have outsourced through the Merge Gaming Network and this is currently being worked on, but thank you for your valued feedback on this matter. Kind Regards, Mike Eloff CEO - www.PokerNordica.com Submitted by Guest on Wed, 02/17/2010
I found this the other day. If that's true then why is no one responding from poker nordica

Just makes me wonder why merge would be getting all these new sites on there network and yet they are having a very hard time paying there players.. Whats going on over there in merge land? are they all smoken the herb? The only room that I haven't heard any complaints about is Big bet poker, ever thing seems fine over there.

OH MY GODD !! Why do we got lured then the people here are responsible for their offers and misleading or not completing of a bonus is a violation of their own Terms ,RUles and guarantees as well as their reputation. They get a commision from my play anyway !! why should it be that way ? they get their commission, we get nothing from their promised offers ?!?!?! is that what their affiliate managers allow them to do !!!?? If I do not get my bonus received as promised and an explanation also as well , I am afraid I will have to contact the relevant departments and report .

Dude, if you did everything exactly like it was supposed to, then Im sure you will get your rakeback! I dont see a reason why they should not pay it to you if you details and everything else is correct . gl
