I saw this on Aol but it wont let me cut and paste the story
My opinion is there trying to scare full tilt, 70% of poker is played from USA players, our government is so stupid, they will spend millions of tax payers dollars and in the end they will lose, its a wasted cause when there going to legalize it anyways

To me this is just madness, why are they picking on poker, they say its not a game of skill so its just gamblng, so will they put a stop to bingo, lottos, scratch cards, bookies, hores racing, dog racing etc etc, will all casinos in the US close down. NO just poker. Even France, YES France have seen the light and have made poker legal, France now has one up on the US. Go win a war...oh wait you cant you just know how to start them.

Most world governments always have this suicidal tendence to go after things they never can achieve. Maybe thats just because the resources they use to go after those "black holes" arent theirs, thats got to be the most reasonable explanation! But, even at this theme, you can put in question what you dont know, so you can just say their the worst here, dont compare them with other worlds you dont know!

About tiltware leasing its software to fulltilT - where one makes decisions over another -where fulltilt owners dont own fulltilt itself, but own the tiltware software and licence it out for loads of - imo feels like they dont own ft only in paper I red few months ago from another forum about all that mess and one guy wrote a good comment - If your parents are wealthy, you cannot open a Mcdonalds & sell your father $1M big macs all day in order to avoid estate tax. The department of justice can use common sense to realize what you are doing. Therefore instead of tax fraud, you attempt to circumvent another law, by means of similar overpaid third party shells.
This actually has a good point init. Now that does not mean I want feds to shut fulltilt down lol.

Kentucky is suing Full Tilt too.
“the Commonwealth is entitled to sue and recover triple the value of the money lost during the statutory period between March 25, 2005 and September 25, 2009 (the five year period preceding this Complaint but excluding the most recent six months) by persons located within the borders of Kentucky.”
