I found everest pretty good to withdraw from. They are the one site that allowed me to withdraw onto a credit card even though i had never deposited with that credit card.
Yes, Merge network are slow in their withdrawal which is very annoying as you've to send docs... it's not really a problem to send docs but the problem is that even after that they still take a while to approve the withdrawal request.

my second cashout from BigBetPoker (Merge) took only 1 day (i was surprised too ). the first took longer cause i had to send my id - but i think thats not such a big deal

the best sites to withdraw in my opinion are party poker , ladbrokes poker , 24h poker , pokerstars and unibet . party poker within 2 - 4 hours , ladbrokes within 6 - 7 hours , poker stars within minutes and 24h and unibet within 24-36 hours . i played at FT in the past but it took to long before a withdraw was completed and because of that i play no longer at FT . if you have info about other sites who gives a fast withdraw also please tell about it , it's always interesting to know such info .
