Played like stupid too, since we were at first lvl of the double up sng, i thought raising wouldnt give me much, I limped (mid/late position), 3 followers. 3 hearts on flop, (i got an ace of heart), i bet 1/2 pot, 1 call, random card at turn, check/check + random card on river, i check, he bets 1/2 pot, i call and he had KQ of hearts. IM SO STUPID!
My aces got cracked in a ring game just before. I was fuming because i have no idea how else i could have played it.
I get dealt AA utg. raise 3 bb, one caller from middle position, small blind reraised to 8 BB. I reraise to 22 BB middle position calls small blind calls. Flop comes 953 with 2 clubs 1 diamond. I push all for 60bb (roughly pot) middle position calls and small blind calls. Small blind turns over QQ and middle position flips over 78 and has a gut shot and back door flush draw.
Of course he rivers a 6 the sicko. Honestly who calls a bet after it has been raised twice since he entered with 78. And then puts it all in with a gutshot.

i hate they guys who go all in with a gut shot and hit they deserve to lose for being so stupid. had a guy going crazy at me for cracking his As with K10 yesterday, just laughed and said thats why u never limp with As so dont cry when they get cracked
Just cracked me some aces. Along with the lesson of dont limp theres the lesson of dont min raise a raiser.
I raised 57s in middle position. I get min reraised by big blind. Flop comes 727. He pots flop. turn comes J he pots again. I reraise him 2.5x and he pushes all in.
Was a monster pot since we both had 100 big blinds at the table

Limping with aces, even in low blinds/early stage of a tourney, is recipe for disaster unless you're lucky and make your trips on the flop. Limping with kings or queens on the other hand.....limping those hands has saved me some $$ lately. Especially KK is like an effin ace-magnet. Anyhow....sux to have your rockets cracked - better luck next time!

i think you could have done whatever you want, limp/raise/big raise, you cant escape the destiny due to the fact that hes got KQs and i bet 75% if not even more wont fold that hand no matter as high you raise. so actually the game was decided on preflop before even one of you saw the flop - perhaps allin pre would of saved you or check/fold on flop?

You just cant afford to limp with AA, this just proves it. AA is only the best hand pre-flop so as soon as you can get it in... as much as possible. Even if you went all ion... that can get a caller with KK or QQ or AK so never ever limp you'll let in the scraps and in a multi way pot you can soooo easily become the second / third fav. Sry you had top loose with AA as it can be hard sometimes but if you would have 3 or 4 bet you could have put them off?...better luck next time.

the best way to play aces is to raise and slow play it less as possible even if 3-4 players are in the hand soo hope you will get more lucky and to every body win with your aces

You was destined to lose this, even if you raised... you think with KQ suited he wouldn't call? The best way you could have played this hand would be folding to his raise I know it's hard to fold AA though .
