Have anybody else had the same problem? I was third in a tournament, and suddenly they had "technical problems" payouts didn't work. It's strange that payins worked fine. They promised to give my winnings within 24 hours. Nothing has happened and now they don't even bother to answer emails and there live support is closed.

they didn't pay your tourney winnings? Did the tournament finish properly?? I've had problems like this before on other rooms, eventually got my pay.. It can take a while for tech teams to sort this sort of stuff if there's massive server issues or something and they have to manually go through all the MTT placings and make manual payments and such..

Hope you'll get it soon! I'm quite sure they'll work it out. You have much money stuck there?

Hello everybody! This is the first time I hear such a thing. I once PKR during a sit & go, there were technical problems the tournament has been canceled, but it has been paid in time for those remaining in the tournament. See you soon for new posts lol!

Lol this happens a bit on PKR unfortunately (not all the time mind) but I've had it happen maybe 4 or 5 times since I've been playing at PKR (about a year) I've always been paid though. Sometimes it's annoying though, if you're chip leader, I mean, the way the divide it up is reasonably fair, but still, it bums you out when you were absolutely killing it in a tourney and then the server fails.
perhaps he likes to read, contemplate and only write when he has something funny or constructive to say rather than just open mouth and let belly rumble
