Hello,
According to Terms & Conditions for Noble poker gift offer they are only Romania, Hungary, Poland and Latvia listed as Restricted countries. I am from Slovakia and still I am unable to request the instructions for the gift offer. Its this any kind of mistake or Slovakia is banned too?

you sure you requested the right offer ? because being not eligible only means "dont bother" or "dont waste our time" because the xxx room will refuse your request so even if your listed you actually still can request the offer...but its waste of time as mentioned above.
the offer is still active and available (just checked)...gotta be something with your PC

I wouldn't be so sure of that.. The "graying" out of the accept/bonus button is done on the server end, not on your PC.. I think this is a Q for admin

I didnt request anything, the request button is grayed out and and under it there is text that my country is not allowed to request this bonus... despite the fact that Slovakia is not listed among banned countries.

The Terms & Conditions you're reading under the Noble gift offer, is related to the "$25 free" part of the gift offer. There's some 10 countries or so that cannot get the gift offer - at all - but another few countries (listed in T&C's) that cannot get the "$25 free" part, should they decide to take the gift offer. There might be a few countries overlapping though, but the end result is the same.
I know this doesn't help you, but hopefully it answers your questions.
