Or maybe contact BRM or Titan support to try to ask why you have not yet receive it as you waited 10 days and still no money...

Wait it out. 2 weeks waiting time is not unheard of. First talk to Titan guys, THEN BRM guys. Most times I've seen problems with an NDB was the site fault
