Just can't figure these guys out. Have never had a succesfull upgrade. Always have to uninstall and download new version. Is it a scam of some sort or are they just a coupleguys working out of their garage. Got my bonuses did the minimums and now I can never play. Somebody , anybody , please explain Ray

Hi Howick and welcome to the BRM forum. I really don't get what the problem you are dealing with is. Why can't you play there anymore? What message does the screen give you when trying to upgrade? I can assure you that for a lot of people here including myself, everything on PartyPoker runs very smoothly. I don't remember having to do more than a couple of software upgrades on PP, which was no problem at all, it only took a few minutes saying "a new version is available" or something like that. This happens very often with poker rooms when they have new features in their software. I'd advise you to write an email to : [email protected]
and explain the problem to their support team, I believe they'll be quick and glad to help you fix it. Feel free to share with us if your problem was finally solved.

I'm glad that it works for you.I'm also relieved that it's not only me. I've contacted support by phone and their answer is always the same, uninstall old version, install new version. Then they don't post that I already called about the same problem. For whatever reason they aren't compatible with every one. As far as writting them an email the only response I ever get is the one to tell me they will be responding later,lol. extra frustrated because I was moving up stakes and went in with good attitude.

Hey, i have a Laptop with windows 7 Ultimate version, 6000 DSL, and sometimes better very often i must be 3-4x restart the software to log in and sometimes PartyPoker goes out(middle in a game) and after open a window he Q me how much table and what for tables and 2,3 otherQ . i live in a small village but if i go to frends in the town i doesnt have any probs. You see y are not allone with this prob Party cant help me very great and pokerStars run like fast Horse never probs. And the biggest to last. in January this jear i buy me my new Laptop al fine nothing probs how i say Pokerstars run finest and other downlaod sites no probs. frend tell me from this site coll. i install open a account and and..., i play party with my no deposite my laptop goes out i ok restart think hm open party and again my lapi goes out(4Times i cry).Whtas go wrong PartyPoker closed my Laptop thats not going to break SOMETHING WHAT A GREAT SOFTWARE and PartyPoker say nothing.You see y are not allone. i play only by my frends partypoker (ansonsten leck mich )

I can't tell you how i hate this lobby. It's so horrible : play in partypoker means just being fucked up : you pay like 3000% fees and you have not many choice of sng's to play : its ultra turbo lottery or ultra turbo lottery, which one did you choose? And there is to much gambler (really to much). No way, you can't raise without being call by 4 a*****e. Ah god damn it, i hate partypoker
All of this just to say : change of lobby, prefer pokerstars or Full tilt, that's where the fee's are okay and where you have high flexibility about the type of game you want to play

the same was for me one day not succefull download so ill not worry ill try it again in next day and all was working good so not 1-st time here for me and i know not the last one
I inform it about the fact that he can ask a payment onto a so payment option only, which one the past one was useful for an inpayment with at least an occasion 180 days . I call his attention to the fact that all new befizett is valid for a sum likewise the 15 %-os rule, that is the new one can ask it out then only paid sum, if 15 %-ának reached a suitable amount of party dots.
We got here under 3 exchanges of letters. Would somebody be able to link Hungarian conditions of application? I found English already, but this is not in him the 15%. It otherwise joke, that I put it up to them 50 dollars, I would like to withdraw it, but I may not do it...

I've played PP a few times, never had to uninstall for an upgrade.. Never had any software problems with PP for that matter.. Not sure what the issue is, but I work in tech support and I can guarantee you, these sort of problems are always and I mean ALWAYS a local issue. As if a massive poker software company would release something that bad. Using ocams razor it's pretty easy to figure the problem is on your end.

I worked in IT 10 years, and it´s like he says. The problem is definitely on your PC.
Could be any piece of software screwing things up. I know you won´t like to hear this, but I re-install regulerly to clean up the clutter. If you use amother disk or partition to keep your data on, like mails or whatever, it´s not that much of a hassle.
This appears like that to me, that now that they tumbled in, it is sued quickly it FTP, that let them tally soon out of court some 100 in a thousand, yet before the news of the thing would be going very much. Quite big garbage, they may not fail a lot, with what what there is not (the sticks of fpt) its non-existence very heavy to prove.
