lol actually ended up chatting to support who for a once-off exchanged my ticket for cash val ($270 to my account) which I took. The masters would have been sweet, but outta my league and I prob woulda busted before the $$
So i guess i wont be playing now. Also reason i asked to exchange was because its starts at like 4.30am Aus time, and with work & study thats hard to do. Plus, I cant play my "A" game at 4am lol

lol, i would like to play, I reckon a $100K game with only 400 runners is just about perfect. And i was quite happy for them to not exchange. But my BR isn't great and it'd be crazy to take the seat over the cash for me..
I won the seat from playing a 10 seater SNG for 1000PKR pts and won a stage 1 ticket, then sat'd my way up through 1,2,3 so for 1000PKR points was a nice score and was happy to quit whilst ahead

yeh stage 1 & 2 are a breeze. I love the sorta ROI you can hit up on them, i sorta play the masters sats just cause they're such great value, not so much because I really wanna play masters lol.
And yeh, 1000pts is about $1, a bit less I spose. So definitely a good score.
I need to stick to schedule, last check I had a 14% ROI for MTT, 0% for combined SNG/MTT and a loss at rings.. So i should start playing MTT only, just hard to find the time.. But I dont tilt in them like i do in ring games, much hard to bust too much of your rule playing the long games. And very rewarding when u go deep.

Thats some nice news, pitty you only changed it to $ .
Ive got also Masters ticket witch is valid until the end of august. +Ive got one more stage 3 ticket, 1 stage 2 ticket and 2 stage 1 ticekts (lastones from 1k points sng). Loaded with tickets . Ive playd masters once before it was bout 2 years years ago - ended up in bubble unfort.
Jess - you say you changed the ticket for cash? Is it really doable or was it only for you ? Thing is Ive got a little baby and work+my own things to do at home every day so Its very very hard for me to find time for such long tourneys atm. So just incase I cant find time to play it before the end of august, would also change it for cash, or then ask some extention to the ticket. But hopefully Ill find time

the thing is Kristan, I put it too them that I'd prefer to play games that were suitable for aussie time.. (Masters is 4.30am)
Anyway, the support person I spoke to said usually no, but he'd do it as a once-only thing for me and told me in future dont play the sats if i dont wanna play the game...
I guess a) I got very lucky with who i talked to and b) I was very nice and said please and what have you and wasnt a prick about anything..
At any rate. I think I was very lucky, I've actually got a copy of the chat transcript in my email, if you wanted to see, i'd prob have to pm you it on PKR tho, not here.
edit: Also, I've deposited a bit there numerous times, are half-way to gold member. So Im not a freeloader from them either..

Well, I rather play masters really than change it for cash anyways. And theres still some time so I hope I can play it. And Ive got some phase tickets also, so I doubt they would change it as its far to see I play lot of sattelites to qualify lol.
Good you got it changed then, and as for the tourneys - theres plenty Aussie time tourneys now in pkr, so you can use the money well on them also .

No Domdy, not jet, still on Gold . Progress to Platinum is 28% now. So about 350 000 more pointl to go until Platinum level.

@Kritan - re:Aussie games, the guy i was speaking to who exchanged it for me said they're planning some more aussie time games soon.. So that'll be pretty good for me.
Must be a long journey to Platinum, I've been on silver for ages, been living with my gf last 6 months, dont play near as much as I used to. Hardly played at all last 2 months. I reckon I wont hit gold for months yet..
