I advise anyone who has used RummyRoyal's reload bonuses to check very carefully they are being awarded bonus points at the correct rate.
Bonus points should be awarded at 1 point per $1 game fee (rake).
So play 1 game and check your bonus points before AND after. If you play a $1 game which has a $0.10 game fee your bonus points should increase by 0.1
It usually takes a minute or so after leaving the table for your bonus points to update.
I've had 2 reload bonuses from RummyRoyal and both times my bonus points have been much lower than they should be. The first time it happened, I reported it immediately and after the entire month that the bonus was valid they still hadn't fixed it - although they did pay me my full bonus amount manually. This time, I'm only getting about 0.3 points per $1 rake!
The bonus points are calculated automatically so it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY that I am the only person who has this problem.

the same for me this site is so rigged i try pay some games and they allways come and sent me letters comon deposit plz and other stupids for bonuses ......... i didnt prefer any off them and dont play here becouse they use strange system

hell yeah i get loads of junk mail too with these amazing so called offers and bonuses, but il never play there,

I often play rummy and poker at the same time as it gives me something to do and stops me from playing too many marginal hands when I'm getting loads of trash.
I've made a half-decent profit playing mostly $0.25 games but I just withdrew all my cash after they fckdup the bonus AGAIN. I think they under-award bonus points deliberately as most people don't bother to check and simply trust that it's right.
The site has gone badly downhill in the last few months anyway. They removed all the low buy-in tournaments and insist on running $50 buy-in tournaments instead - which get zero players and get cancelled every night! Also, some of the game fees are extortionate, the "Royal Stars" reward scheme is s**te (only 2-4% - depending on level), bonus clearing rates are 8x, and their withdrawal times are pretty slow as well, unless you're on a high level.
Basically, they treat their low stakes players like s**t . I was only playing low-stakes but I was playing such a high volume of games (4000+ per month), I was reaching level 4 of the Royal Stars Club and paying about $120 a month in rake.
Although it's registered in Cyprus, Like Play65, this site is Israeli owned, and unfortunately that means, in order of imporatnce, it's profit first, profit second and customers somewhere down in about 5th place. They might even be owned by the same people.
I got another email yesterday saying they'd fixed the bonus problem, so I played 1 game to check and had they fixed it? Had they fcuk.
