For those who regularly play sessions of cash that are 4+ hours: what do you eat during your breaks? The food at the casinos is usually greasy, fattening, and just plain bad for you. Eating that kind of food on a regular basis (assuming you play regular sessions of cash) just can't be good for both your mind and your body, and therefore can't be good for your game in the long run.
I suppose that just leaving your table and going somewhere else for food is an option, although that really does suck when you have a good table or if the waiting list for cash games is long. You can only sit out for 3 orbits so that doesn't give you much time to go somewhere else to eat.
Any ideas? Bring food from home? Leave food in your car and go eat in the underground like a weirdo when you get hungry?

The food in our casinos is very good, and they have lots of options for you to choose from, and its not like eating in fast food place, although that option is available to you, with Macdonalds in side the casino, but they also have fine dining if you like that kinda thing.

If you look around, you can find some meal replacment drinks, dont know, how are they called, nutri-shake or something. I use them, not for pokergame, but in work. They give you lots of vitamins, minerals and other stuff. Offcourse, they dont replace real food, but easy to handle plus tehy dont give you the full belly feeling after drinking
