I have rakeback through bankroll mob and they claim they paid my 38.97$ rakeback but i have proof of no transactions on friday 7/16/10. This friday i only got 9.95...I have tried contacting bankroll mob support through tickets on their site, i was told to check my transactions and then after a week the admin had only responded once after i had posted 9 times on the ticket...
HELP....what is going on and why won't they pay my rake of 38.97$...i have proof and it says paid by site near the amount in my transactions on the bankroll mob site...but on full tilt there was clearly no transaction made, or even a failed transaction which would come to my e-mail

they responded to my ticket saying they realized there was an error but my full tilt account needed to have it's e-mail so i did...and it's been a week and no response on the ticket after 5+ responses and checking my e-mail everyday.
