Hi iam portuguese, and iam going to give an honest answer.
First of all yes he is indeed good player, one of the top 5 players in the world at the moment.
Nowadays he cant say that there is a player much better than anyone else like what happened before with pele or maradona.
About Cristiano Ronaldo, when he was younger he was very poor and his dream was to be millionaire. He doesnt got the right education, and now he is millionaire and the dream come true. He simply acts like he is out of this world, and he is full of s**t, arrogant and all the stupid acts and reactions.
As a player, yes he is good, as a person he is not good person.
Ps. He is very far to be so overrated as Beckam, or Raul or Rooney.

Gosh, thats a pretty nice list (Maria Sharapova ). To get back to the subject, I think he's a very talented player, but he doesnt play well in every match.
