so what did you all think of the Taylor tackle on Eduardo was abit nasty i think they say taylor might be banned from football for life what do you think should happen

i think banning him for life would be a bit harsh. Yes his tackle was bad but i dont think he intended to hurt eduardo , it was just a bad timed challenge. He deserved the red card and maybe a 5 match ban but banning him for life is ridiculous. On match of the day last night ( the football highlights for you foreigners lol ) they said that taylor had come out and said he waas devastated and there was no malicious intent at all. How sick did it look though?> eeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww

I loved it! i have watched it over and over. you see football is abit like been a bricklayer self employed if a bricklayer gets beat up and can not work he will not get payed but thats a chance and most of the time earns alot more than the office workers so all in all i think Eduardo should be a bricklayer have no pay untill he can play agian and as for Taylor! WELL IN SON FROM THE STOKE LADS!

lol ianbayliss1. As you well know eduardo will still pick up his 80k a week or whatever he is on... but come on that tackle could well end the guys career so saying well in is a bit bad lol. Ans whilst we are on the subject of football who do you all support? im a scouser and obviously support the best team.. liverpool.... and as you know the best player torres

The tackle I think wasnt on purpose, but i think a def suspension should be in order. Maybe a year or longer. Plus I think Eduardo should have some say in this whole ordeal

This was a very bad tackle. I think that Taylor must be suspendet minimuf for 2 years out from the football. Eduardo will be out for 1 year. This is nasty!

I feel sorry for Eduardo. He has been playing for my country, and in my favorite club Dinamo. I think taylor should be banned for always. That kind of tackel in the 3 minute of the match. Think it was on purpose. He even hit him to high.

Very bad tackle! Of course he should be banned for some time, but not for life - of course not. This is what happens in soccer, and it didn't look like (to me at least) that it was completely on purpose, although I haven't seen that many replays, they only showed it once on TV.
I liked the end result though, 2-2, as I had money on a draw

That Taylor should have his foot displaced from his leg and then ask him what he thinks was it on purpose. I signed the petition and thinking about trip to England. For tourist purpose only, nothing to do with smashing that guys head. Bstrd, he did it on purpose. heres the link with screenshots if you havent seen them already. Slide the pictures dont mind the language. I can think of many soccer clubs that wouldnt want him to play. BBB should organize and hunt this guy down, Dudu did put us all in debt with his play.

I agree. And I think he apologized today to Eduardo as well. Danish newspapers also write today that Taylor has received death threats now
Those freaks giving him death threads just made taylor the victim now. Instead of being villain, he's now a victim and the focus is probably shifting away from his "real crime", the foul on eduardo, to being a victim of threats.

Eduardo is a nice guy and dont want to do something which he will regret later. But I would like to see Taylor come to Croatia for holidays. I dont think he will ever be able to come here. We are that kind of people, we dont have that scandinavian "its ok" nature. (i cant remember the word). We are kind but if you mess with us we are ill tempered. We had vendetta`s going on here in the past. As i said we will do almost anything if someone asks, we are kind and friendly people, but dont stand in our way. We were always warriors and pirates around here, always defending europe from someone or defending against europe, but i cant remember that we started any of those wars. That Taylor "thing" may go with it easy only because Eduardo was not born in Croatia. But still he gave us more joy than most of Croats. I dont know how this will end but that was delliberate move against Eduardo and he can say what he wants apologize as many as he like he is not welcome in Croatia anymore, and if any of you outsiders knew what he did for Dinamo and for our national team you would know why people react as they do. Ask local serbs why they dont want to return to krajina and regions which were taken from them by force and not by treaty. We dont forget.
