Yes that is right. Check the status of the bonus first, maybe you were missing something and they emailed you requesting it. Also, for a free bankroll, even if it was a week waiting period, it is kool. Love Bankrollmob.

You're better off speaking to live support / emailing support @ BRM for this..

FWIW iPoker NDB's are generally pretty quick.. so something probably is up if you still haven't received it.. Although keep in mind, if you're counting weekend days in your 5 days, then this statement may not be correct. You must count weekdays only. As no processing is done on the weekend.

look at your mob account there u can see the status of the bonus.Sometimes u must wait a little bit longer for a bonus it´s between 1 min and 7-10 days but in the most times u got a bonus between 24-72 hours.But first look at the status and read the terms and condition from BRM for the bonus sometimes u can see there how long u must wait.I think when its not tommorow in your account write a email to BRM support
