hi all i live in the uk and play alot of online poker i was wondering if anybody knew the best times to play according to gmt i find really earley in morning good time but hope for more info so i can make the most of my bankrolls at these times thanks

i dont know the best time to play but i know the worst has to be of a weekend. I can do well building my bankroll up all week and then as soon as the weekend hits it seems like the donks come out from the woodwork lol you know the ones who dont care what they play or if they lose they just deposit every weekend and if they win they win and if they lose they will just do the same next week no big loss ya know what i mean? aghhhhhhhh bloody frustrating lol

im from holland and the best time to play over here is @ the begin of the evening.. around 5 o clock because everybody is coming from work and school .. then they are tired and not paying attention
