Hiya mate, im not quite sure why your acc doesn't meet the eligibility req.? I signed up through 888 themselves after looking at the email from brm, didn't even realise it was brm affiliated i thought admin just wanted to share the bonus. ( of course i wouldve signed up thru brm had i have known ) As far as i was aware it was an independant offer from 888....me and 2 of my buddies signed up, sent off the email to support and all 3 had our bonus' within 5 minutes, literally. No problems, no fuss, and great support. Hope you get this resolved fella as its a super soft site with money to be made. Maybe Admin could have a look see?? Did you check that its available to Aus?? I downloaded about a dozen sites months ago but hadnt depositted with 888 but when i heard of the no-deposit bonus i had a look at the site and thought it was a whole lot better than previously and decided to deposit £20 and have a look and i said to the rep i spoke to that i didnt think it fair that i was depositting and not getting ain when people where getting a no-deposit bonus and he decided to give me the $8 on top,and with the 1st time deposit bonuses i have cashed in 3 out of6 of them albeit nothing to shout about but ein is a bonus and my b/roll is now starting to grow,its a good wee site and plenty of action and these sites are like everyone,just haggle with them and u end up with allsorts of bonuses,tournament tokens,etc!hope u get the bonus and gl at the tables.
