Hi,
I completed the VC PokerBonus about over a week ago and unfortunately its been over 9 working days and I am still yet to get a status update on my claim.
I sent a ticket to support a few days ago (And they've passed it on to the payments department) but I am yet to hear from them.
If someone could check it out for me that would be great.

can u be bit more specific which bonus are u talking about cause VC got three different deposit bonuses. gift offer ( 5000 mob points), instant 25$ bonus and 300% deposit bonus. for gift offer you gotta wait few days after requesting it here. for instant 25$, you gotta send id to VC and theres nthing to be claimed here at BRM in 300% deposit bonus
