If you are talking about the mobpoints, you will have to have created the PartyPoker-account throung Bankrollmob. And then you have to make at least 5000 points before you can withdraw.
If you are talking about the No Deposit Bonus, all you have to do is apply for it, if your country is eligeble.
Edit: I know realise that you are asking about when you can withdraw FROM PP. Er... Well. That must be in the terms of the NDB?
Edit II: I just looked through it and couldn't see anything about it. How many points do you currently have at PartyPoker?
If it s a bonnus look by bonnus you can see how many points you must get too clear your bonnus.when you wanna whithdraw go too cashier and click cashout.

do you have more information, is it a bonus you are talking about or what. if it is not a bonus then it is really easy to withdraw from partypoker, it takes 3 days to your credit card, for others i dont know.
