something went wrong with my phone verification, does somebody know a way either how to try it again or where I can contact bankrollmob about this issue?

just send your fingerprints to BRM
ok serious now: if you want to talk to online BRM support you have to check the little muppet on the upper left of your "mob account" page; when it is green BRM support is online: just click on it. anyway if you click when it is red you will be directed to FAQ page: try it first.
I had a problem like this before and there are two solutions, wait for live support to be online to ask for a 'redo' phone verification or just email them to ask the same thing (recommended) gl
