This is news to us, as the only countries we are aware of (not able to recieve the bonus) are the ones listed in the T&C's for the offer:

I can remember recieving that free chip and i am from Australia.I guess anything you earn does not matter as they would not of paid me anyway.Also when i signed up they gave me a password on live chat that was offensive so they must not like Australians at all.
