Hello,
i received my 5.000 vip points. What to do now ? Can't play tournament with it, or change it in cash. (have to earn vip green level at first to change in cash i think, but how to get there then?)

From what I understand you should be able to play tournaments with them. MTT:s, not SnG:s. At least, I have played one 10 $ tournament so far with my points. Although, it was a rebuy, and it turned out I could just by in with the points, I could not make the rebuys.
You should just try to register, and then they will ask you it you would like to use $ och points to pay.
You are able to buy in to their guaranteed tournaments. These are all rebuy-tournaments and as you don't have any money in your account you won't be able to rebuy. But it is possible to go to money anyhow. When you get a hand play it very aggressively as there are some loose americans in the tours and you don't want to many of them chasing a good flop, and most of the times you will get one caller anyhow
