Hello,
I am writing due to the fact that i feel like being robbed by Bankrollmob.
About two weeks ago i signed through bankroll mob winnerpoker 50$ free bonus.
I sent the ID, i got approval, i used the correct link and i accumulated 5k points as requested.
Then in like 5 days after quickly accumulating these 5k points by grinding mid stakes i log onto my bankrollmob account press the request gift button but it says "Sorry! Unfortunately it's not possible to claim gift for this offer, as it's no longer active and therefor we are unable to process gift requests at WinnerPoker."
I mean honestly, this is not how it should be done i mean if you promote the bonus you should follow the terms and provide me with it. I did my part of the deal an thus i am expected you to do the same.
I haven't used bankrollmob service before, this is my first time. Hopefully you fix it. otherwise it is really really bad publicity.

Hi,don't think about that offer,because I think you don't get it.I do everything what was requested before 2 months or more,claim gift offer and then I send I don't know how many e-mails to BRM and to Winnerpoker,1st they told me that I must play "a little more" for gift,after that I send them photos of my cashier to clear that I do what wass requested,answer is that Iam probably not tracked,then I send them e-mail how I am not tracked but in 1st e-mail they told me to play "a little more" and after 45 days of claiming my gift they send me e-mail in which they say that they must double check but they will approve my gift because check will take some time,after that I erase Winnerpoker from my comp

I think you should write to support, because he could receive an error. If done well it can not be such a situation. You have to explain! I think you'll get this gift.

Unfortunately i have not received the 50$ yet, although in the profile it says "Approved". Does it usually take so long? It has been 11 days now...
