hi ive just took the deal here at bankrollmob for WSOP poker, deposit and get a free chip set too but its only for uk customer only,
but here is my problem they say it can take at least 30 to 45 for my deposit to processs, after to talking to live chat saying i filled out the deposit form and using my debit , it should be instant with debit cards but they said some times it can be longer................... 30 mins to 45 mins
come on give me a break i wanna play some poker now............. why carnt things be simple every other site which i use the debit is instant money in your account

well after ahour a half of waiting nothing happend no money in my poker account contact support and after waiting again they said It appears that the deposit was not successfully submitted please try again ..............
i said am not being funny but im not deposit again cause il might get charge twice somethink went wrong am new to the site and this happens dont feel safe and has took far too long it usaualy instant when using a debit card so il give this site a miss but il be checking my bank to see if the transfer still goes through...............

I wanted to have this offer! Oh, why, oh why is the world so cruel that it's only for UK-citizens?!?! This may sound strange, but if there is anything I like more than free money, it's free stuff. It's so much funnier in some way to get something over the mail, than just some numbers to your account. And I would have loved the chipset!
Come on WSOP-people!! Make an exeption just for me!! I promise to rake 10X the worth of it, during the next 3 years! (Gotta play some other sites too...)

anyway when you have been playing poker as long as me or you know when you deposit using a debit card its shouldnt take longer than a couple of minutes for the transfer to go through, not wait over ahour for them to tell you it failled in the end i deposited else where, only took 31 seconds for it to be in my poker account and thats how it should be not keep me hanging on... only wanted to a quick game of poker and try out the new site but after this i wont bother

Send an email to BRM. You will get an automated reply saying it will be dealt with. Then if you are lucky within about a week, they might assign it to one of their agents. Then I don't know cos thats as far as I've ever got. Nothing after that...... Still waiting..... Not holding my breath anymore......

Don't bother with this site. Its a mickey mouse show of a set up.
First of all it wouldnt let me register, kept telling me the details were invalid.
Finally after emailing support I managed to get it to load up and work, then to top it off I couldnt deposit until I'd filled in all teh paperwork and posted it back and to make things even worse, the bastards then send me a message saying I've failed their security check and they've closed the account.
All that for a site I now see is actually a god damn offshoot of 888 which is the worst poker site on gods planet..
Nah.. they can shove it... mickey mouse operations like that never last more than 5 minutes.

as I see this site looks like some funny site,not serious!if you have problem with depositing money,what will happen when you wish to withdraw money ?!and it looks like that they dont like people from ex-you,so wouldnt even think to try this site!so much bigger sites are enough for me!

Now you where telling me to calm down dozn01 when i had my problems with ndbs,no disrespect to BRM but theres a few ppl that get their bonuses but theres plenty more that dont,my friend runs a small site and i know how they operate,best just to download it yourself via no1 and deposit and get no problems but you say u cant even deposit Thats new to me,did u download the site through BRM as i did the same with players-only and played for2days then as soon as i requested the ndb they shut down my account and still wont give me an excuse as to why and thats why im gonna keep naming and shaming them,let e1 know how they operate. I have only had probs with2sites and its the 2 i have tried for a ndb through BRM,1st was 888 but i ended up depositting and got all the 1st time depositter bonuses and got the $8 bonus also so i made about $100 back for my $20 deposit and the service was brilliant only because i depositted something.I liked the way the players-only site looked and i would have depositted but not now knowing that they dont reply to e-mails or even when i contacted live chat they said it was a management decision so its their loss of custom i would have directed to their site.:~) I have at least a dozen accounts with poker sites and never had a problem that hadnt been fixed within 1day yet the 2sites i requested for a ndb i get not even a reply from,well only players-only as since i depositted with 888 iv had no problems (i only tried for the ndbs just to see for myself what hassle my friends where saying they where getting). As i have said b4,they are most likely too good to be true,gl to the people that get theirs,im just trying to find a forum where theres not so much hassle as theres plenty people out there that could be bringing custom yet they get treated bad because they requested a ndb and that not on!
