yea different poker rooms have different certian amount of points they want you to receive before they allow you to cash out, while some let you cash out what youve won but leave in their freeroll till a certian amount of points are earned

some point schemes are for entry into freeroll comps and not for withdraw others are released slowley so they let you have abit of your bonus then abit more on hitting the points target so read the terms and cons of the site and see what the opints are for

Ultimate Bet is kinda weird how they release bonus money, because the after you play so many hands they start to requir more points per dollar. But at the same time you earn more points per hand.
