I've cashed out to moneybookers, and they didn't approve it... tried again and again... after the 3rd try, they send me an e-mail saying that they don't allow my country of residence to deposit from any gambling site, and/or poker site... , To me it doesn't make sense at all; coz it was my 2nd deposit to moneybookers... how could it be i just hope BRM could address this problem of mine... pls... i have no other option... i couldn't cash out to kick off poker either, i couldn't create an account there, my country isn't in the list of selection when registering... pls... help...

I assume you mean cashing out from BRM?
Can you not sign up to some other poker site like FT or something, and cash out to that site? There must be some sites approved for your country, or otherwise just a site you are allowed to play on?

Moneybookers doesn't allow transferring "gambling money" to the Phillippines, so it doesn't matter how many times you try to cashout and how many times we try to transfer to you, they will continue to reject the transfer.
I will send you an e-mail so we can try to sort out your transfer.

dont see people should have a problem unless your country people are not allowed to have gambling transactions at moneybookers. gonna be a big problem for you in playing poker too. Did u try neteller? maybe they'll allow these transactions

there are only three options in my list of cash out's from moneybookers... 1 is via moneybookers which is not allowed now; but way back then i have cashed out my mob draw winning... 2 is thru kickoffpoker, which i could register an account because our country is not in the list of countries when registering... and, 3... neteller, which have the same problem as kickoffpoker, my country is not included in the list... if only FTP, PS or PP sites were in the option, i'd gladly cash out to this site...

only kickoffpoker is in the list of poker site, in my cash out options... and kickoff does not allow us either...

a little bit off topic, but its such a shame, everywhere in the world it seems to get worser and worser, it seems that we are treated like criminals because we like our skill game even as 80 % of players play as it was 100 % luck

And Neteller same? They don't allow because of law in your country.

the law in itself is okay, my question is why did they allow me before... they should have not approved my first cash out; so that i would not expect it now...

I didnt knew Philipines laws where so stricted into the gambling people. We never see many people from philipines playing poker so i dont understand why they have this kind of laws.
We are living in Democracy but the goverments seems to want all but no democracy at all.
