Hello.
It begans with an tourney ticket for the $50K at 888.com i won at the MobCalendar - Thanks for that! I´d played it last Sunday and won $125. I had already an account at 888.com cause i played there 2 years ago - and for those how knew the old software: you could imagine why i quit play there. But i like the new software, the new reward programm and for sure the $8-promo-fishes!
Unfortunatley: I´m not tracked on 888 with BRM - so BRM will earn no rake. Sorry guys! You gave me the chance to restart on 888 and the only thing you get is an other blog..
My poker - philosophy: Never use your own money for playing poker, just use the NDBs and the affiliate programs of some pokercommunities(including BRM - thanks for that too!). And so far, i run good with it! I made a few k by nothing
Why do i start a blog? I want to document for myself the ups and downs on this "project". And to remind me when i´m in a downswing, there will be better times. And when i´m in a upswing:"come down, remember what happend before! THE VARIANCE WILL F*** YOU AGAIN!"
What will i play? Most time i will play NL FR CashGame, sometimes a few DON´s. I have to watch wich limits i will play in the future, cause the traffic at 888 is not the best but i started with NL10
In the next 1-2 weeks i will post nearly every day. After this period i will be very busy (studying, start running an own business..) so i will try to post at least one time a week. But i can´t say it exactley..
My starting bankroll was the $125 win from the tourney - i hope that i will get $160 from an similar affiliate program like BRM withdrawed to my moneybookers-account before christmas. So that i can make some xtra ca$h with the FDP (my account was made over an no deposit bonus - for sure - so i´m still able to get it) my current BR: $169.81
But enough blubbla.. i have to play poker, as long i have the time!

The second session was better. Now i will watch soccer with some friends and after that i will play the third and last session for today BR: $175.36

can you gonna give us a screen shot of your bankroll, and also graphs and charts of your winnings and losses... i would like to follow you on this if you dont mind ... and what stakes you playing at the cash tables is it a 6 seater or 10 seater table, how much do you bring to the table each time and what DoNs stakes sorry about all the question but want to everything if im gonna follow you, and gl in building that bankroll, hope your useing bankroll management
maybe we can review some of your hand see where you went right and wrong if you can put them up two..

I agree, some more details please! Sounds interesting and I will follow and encourage you, unless we are on the same table!
Have you played on 888 before? I have been there for three years (off and on) and their software has improved immensely. It used to freeze regularly, usually when I had a big hand. It got to the point where if I had a big hand and thought it was about to freeze up I would shove all in (no disconnect protection there). GL!

i made an account at 888poker years ago but found their software really bad to play, never been there again. nice to see u win from your tourney ticket and instead of withdrawing it you are playing it to increase your bankroll there. gl and keep updating

By now i play to 97%: NL Cash (0.05/0.10) Full Ring (9-seated) Big Stack ($10) and between 2 and 6 tables.
And to 3%: $2 Dons - but that dosen´t really matter.
One session i play is between one and three hours.
Charts/Graphs are not available at the moment. I don´t install holdem manager on my notebook(its to weak for "so much" performance) and my computer is broken. But when i´m listed at tableratings or got a new "real computer", i will post my graphs/stats.. . So at first i will just make some screenshots of the ups and downs from my bankroll and maybe some of strange hands - when i´m fast enough!
My next goals: Today i should get $160 to my mb-account. This money will directly go my 888 account and activate the first deposit bonus. When i reached a bankroll of about $400-$450 i will make my first shots to 0.10/0.20. I need to reach the silver status quick, cause from that the reward programm slowly starts to make sense - and i definetly want some rakeback!

Yes, im not tracked with BRM. I used an no deposit bonus of an other pokercommunity. and cause i never deposit, i was still able to use the fdb. And the image above i after my morning session. The will come now..

Session with many ups and downs. In the next days the first shots to NL 0.10/0.20 - it´s very hard to collect points/clear the bonus on NL 0.05/0.10 on bronze level!
And i will import my handhistory to the hm of an friend. I need to now how many hands i´ve played, my bb/100 and so on. And for sure i will post some screenshots.

------------ third session: i think a downswing got me: aa<ak, 3xset over set, nearly every overpair/toppair got beaten by twopair/trips on the river... but thats the way it is.
BR: $438,46 39% of the first bonus rate - the bonus system on 888 sucks!

palyed a longer session - and the f***ing bonus rate just raised to 47%! The rewards and bonus system at 888 def. SUX!

After a little break, i will play an other session..
------------ The SICKEST session till now on 888!!! I was totally card dead, the most contibets got reraised, two times AA - both preflop all ins. 1st: AA<AK, 2nd:AA<44 But my favorite hand of the day - preflop all in: KK<22 - he floped quads

So, i lost nearly $30 and got 6% more of the first bonus rate..wow!
Tomorrow i will play some sets (4-8 tables) dons - its to sick to clear the bonus just with nl10!

The biggest mistake people are making is thinking that they are loosing cash if they have lower then highest bankroll they had. Like you... you're thinking you lost 30~ It's not good idea to think like that because you're trying to much to get to that point again which can take your A-game in wrong way. There is always variance sometimes you will get more better hands sometimes lower and when you make like 50k-100k hands then you can think that is my bankroll~ or something like that.

Better build slowly then very high highs and very low lows, u do a great job so i dont see why u have to complain, poker isnt about gettin a milion in 1 day, just build it slowly.

I just was a little pissed of about the time i played, the way i lost and the stupid reward system. Further more i have to say that i have an bad cold since 23th! And all togehter =
