Everybody knews who he was, it was just a matter of time for him to tell the truth.
I think he always denied his identity mainly to dont have problems with the Sweden Taxs, nad maybe to create somehype about his image, wich certanly worked in his favour cause one year later he gopt a contract with pokerstars.

I dont know why there are so many people who talk about isuldur1!? He is just another poker player that doesnt know to use bankroll management. He is Victor? OK. I didnt hear about Viktor before so it mean nothing to me!

Good point! Was he 9 when he started playing? Is it all a load of Bull so PS can milk his success for 30 years to come? A "lure" for the younger generation, just starting a new career, with new salaries to Burn? "mmmmh...."

ofcourse he couldnt tell that he is isildur1,what a stupid question!this was a whole point,not tell people,small people couldnt think that everybody could be poker stars pro,more people come on site,more will try to play super star showdown and more money will come to them!

Its just publicity for PS, and agree with IslandJack they will milk him, and if he runs dry drop him, but it is also a good opitunity for him, so its an all round win. All the big players in the poker world knew for a fact who he was, the likes of FT PROs have access to see all the info on a player (those who own a share,Chris "Jesus" Fergason etc). There is no point in PS singing a player if he was to stay unknown.
