i approved the bonus 10 hours ago andit hasnt approved soi emailed customer support for unibet.com and they wrote back with this email

Yea Im sorry to hear that. I have heard other people on here say that they received that deposit. Im sure that once the administration sees this post they will clear it up for you.

I'm not gonna waste my time on somebody calling our partners a fake when he can't even wait like 10 hours to clear things up! We're not machines here, you're dealing with PEOPLE and we have other customers than just ONE, that we need to attend to.

Send an e-mail to OUR support and WAIT for things to happen, and tomorrow its weekend, so it will take even longer time.

Uh Admin the guy emailed me and specificaly told me you need to require VIP points and there will be no bonus in the account added here il show you the second email he sent me the first one is pasted above

You ONLY get the bonus if you EARN enough VIP points by playing raked hands for REAL MONEY on our poker tables.



There is NO OTHER bonuses linked to this issue.



This is a bonus for our poker clients to earn whilst playing raked hands on our site.



The bonuses are calculated on the 5th of every month, VIP points for the previous month are added up and if the bonus levels are met, then they are then paid out into our customers account.

And that's why we do not tell our users to contact the pokersite support to get their no deposit bonus, because their support guys rarely knows about what deal we might have with their managers!

The bonus this guy is taling about, is a bonus that will be released when you earn X amount of VIP points - that's true. He doesn't know about the no deposit bonus that we have been allowed to issue.

Just have patience...
