Did you see the new tables at 888poker where you can see your opponent on web cam on selected tables Brilliant ided, cant wait to try it, anyone interested in that Should make for some trash talk- oooh how id love to meet a few members at them tables wat ya think, would you try it

Just don't forget about the webcam when you hit the nuts cos you may be used to punching the air and shouting get-in.
I'd say it's a good idea providing everyone has their web cams turned on so no one gets an advantage. I think the idea of web cams and mics on poker has been discussed here before and most people said they wouldn't like it.

A) Not really (about playing live) - I don't actually see your point. B) The reverse of this is also true - obv as awood88 says, everyone would have to have their cams switched on

pretty obvious no? if you dont want that,you just sit at a normal table and on reads,does that not apply to you too

I don’t think it will evolve into a major part of the online poker scene, but who knows? Several days ago when I was busting some dude at 7stud, and he wanted to rip my head off saying that he was 6’3” and full of muscles, maybe it would have let me see his true form…

about time they implement cams. cant await the day when a pokersite launches strippoker partys well i think its nice to have that option, regardless if you use it or not.

hmmmmmmmmmmm, your first date on a webcam at online poker..... that sounds just soooooooooo romantic
this will never work , why would sierious players want to lose the advantage of online poker , that being not having to worry about physical tells, and who the fook wants to play poker online with peeps watching what your doing when your waiting for a hand , ffs , what a stupid idea, these sites will try any gimmic to get you, we already have Instant messengers, video links ,

I agree it'll never take off. But as a gimmick - I think it's kinda cool.

I would try something like that only to see how people react to bad beats in their house before they get used to be in front of webcams. Also don't think many people will use that...

thx for that i sometimes play at the poker site 888 but never see that before so i think i ll try it this friday and will enjoy cool game seeing my oponent faces and think it sometimes help me to know how good them hands was good luck all and enjoy this new promo at 888poker site

@midnight, just because you dont like the idea and your too ugly doesnt mean it wont take off midnight,just an option for people that are interested thats all @jovica as far as i know its only on certain cash tables at the moment
