Since 01.03.2011 Pokerstars removed Double or nothing tournaments. A while back they introduced Fifty50, mostly like DON's but different in the prizes, by awarding money according to chips owned in the end. It is good that they kept some kind of DON's but i cannot help feeling sorry. The Don's helped me learn solid poker and win some important cash when i needed it.

Yeah i used to quite like multi tabling them for a quick br boost. dont really like the 50/50's but it will make people more aggresive so shouldnt have that horrible 3 level bubble stage now lol

but the idea isnt to bad. Because: When you once have doubled your stack there was no real reason of even playing any longer. And you will not fight a biger stacked person, if there is a smallstack and you are going to bubble. now there is some new methods

Dons was removed because they busted 40+ chineese players who was cooperating in Dons... Really often they were people who was cheating in dons and it was quite easy. That's why they changed it. 50-50 sucks... normal SNG are much better then these.

I did not know about the bust. Good for them. In the last period it got harder to play don's indeed because most of the don players knew each other and i sensed some alliances. Maybe i was wrong but... Back to SNG then!
