What I mean by this is simple, people who have never played a real money game. This is for people who are new to poker, or FTP and Poker Stars. At FTP it's simple. Move your cursor over the person'd name, it it doesn't say their country then they have never ever deposited money. At Poker Stars it's simple to. If at the top of their name you see a little star, they play on the play money site. Just a little info for those wanting to know how to tell. Good luck Mobsters

Didnt knew about those ways of knowing players. Perhaps thats because i dont use those sites often. Last days i have been playing on FT, but i dont look at tohse details. But there are some other sites which identify most important wins of each player. I dont know if its fair. On one side, that player can be considered better than others for having those symbols, that can work as a way for others to take that in consideration when playing one hand against him.

i never really pay attention on that but in my opinion you can always hide things like country, vip status, archievments and so on.. and if your reallly interested in someone then just use sharscope..? but theres is also not everything listed..

At FTP and Poker Stars you cannot change your country after you have made a deposit. Also, you can't hide your country at these two sites. At Poker Stars you use to be able to change your city, it never use to say country. But recently I noticed that it says country now. I used to put, (behind you) in my city field. Used to freak people out. I haven't tried to change that since they changed. May have to try and see, but I am doubting you can change it now. People were complaining about it, they actually sent me an email once saying that my "city" was changed back to my most recent .

Interesting, but I'm new to the game, at least electronic poker and have never made a deposit. I've got a little cash, T$ and FTP, but until I feel comfortable I'd prefer to play with my free money. Not attacking your thread BMW!

I hear that Greenmohave, I to am playing with freeroll money. You have to start some where. I said this very thing in another thread earlier. And no worries on me thinking you would attack my thread. You are a good member

who cares from were are the players or what status they have ,im often watching the play of some players at the majors tourneys at pokerstars but often a goldstars is playing better as a supernova and for me that status represents the money investet in poker or are you sure that represents the skill and this supernova is really in plus money?

think you play too much attention on unnecessary details when you play poker i dont play freerolls on fulltilt poker and never knew about how to identify them but still thanks for sharing info.
