I joined this site recently after busting out my account on Absolute Poker. I need some sympathy, so I thought I'd post some of the worst beats I had here.
I have AA UTG and limp for 20, button raises for 160 and I make it 580. He moves in, I call, he has JJ. Flop A K Q Turn 5 River T
I have AJ and raise preflop to 120. 2 callers, flop is A K J. Caller makes it 260, I move allin and get 2 calls, from KJ and JT???. Turn is, of course, a Q
I have 32 in BB and check. Flop is A 3 2. I bet 80, limper makes it 160, I move all-in. He calls with A9. Turn is J. And the river is J.

Damn, that realy are some bad beats dude! The second one you could ofcourse know they would be playing on an inner straight, chances are they hit it, and they did. All just very unlucky hands!

inner straight and chances are it hits? what 4 outs, mate to me your just having one of those sucky days, days i like to call lolza or aches, lolza = just laugh it off and pat yourself on the back for getting your money in with the best of it. aches = give your self a head ache by either thinking 'what donks how could they hit a 4 outer on me' or by proceding to smash head against wall. I have tried all the above and would recomment lolza!! lol

I know exactly what your saying and alot of people complain about bad beats, fair enough they are bad beats and everyone gets them and hates them, i just like to think 'hey i got it in with the best, they sucked out' which is the truth.so just brush it off!!!

if people spent les time thinking of there bad beats and was to tihnk of the times they wer on the other side of them youd notice no one complains then and also they would have a better chance of winning if they thought about the next and present hand rather than the last one

I dont think you played 2 of those hands wrong, i think you played them very well to get all the money in. The only hand i think you could of let go was the 2 3, in a limped pot anyone could of been limping with hands like A2 A3 22 33, so if you had just stopped to think about it you could of avoided that situation, on the bright side you did get your read spot on and made the correct call.

i wouldnt say this was a bad beat as i knew the chance of it being on was there but still the chances of it were low but anyhow i played the last few dollers of my dmh bankroll in a 12 seater tourney the flop landed jack jack jack i had pocket aces 3 left in pot first to act went all in next folded and i thought he had a smaller pair called only to see the 4th jack was gutted but wouldnt call it a bad beat as i always knew the chance was there still hurt tho i dont tihnk many people would have folded
3 6's flop and i never fold my AA but if there are three others in the pot, (and i assume its raised), since you had aces its almost certain a j os on their, you have AA so they cant all be playing weak aces, the only other hands which make sense are KJ QJ and KQ, maybe even TJ and pocket pairs. how much did he push all in for, if he was acting last this could be a bluff but with ppl acting after him it would be very silly too bluff, but it all depends on how big his bet was and how big pot was, i think i would have foled to anything 1.5x pot and up.
