Hi ! I received 25 usd from bankrollmob when I confirmed my identity , and now , when I have 299 mob points in my account , I didn't receive the second "gift" of 25 usd . I should wait a few days so banrollmob could complete the transfer ?

I think they request this for "suspicious" user accounts , the probably tought that I'm not 18 I don't know . A friend had to confirm his identity just like me . ( You have to send them a picture with you holding you ID )

i cant make much from ur post, but i'll try with what i understood but i guess its partypoker ndb u have to unlock tht other 25 by earning points at partypoker not here mobpoints are here for this site only and dnt determine any of your bonuses

good job but points to unlock the over bonus for 25 $ must be collected playing poker on the party poker site but not there so start playing real poker for real money and collect points now good luck and hope u ll collect ponts more faster then waste all your money

I could see how you might get confused on that point, but the fine folks here have set you on track. Just keep paying tourneys and ring game for real money and you' eventually get your NDP cleared.

I dont´t know the regulations for confirming identity, but I am from Germany and I also had to confirm my identity by either sending a copy of passport or by using telephone verification. For this I got 25 Mobpoints.

yeah, but i think in some cases that is not enough. So i guess you need to send passport later on if you want to withdraw anything liek your points for example...

in which poker room is that kind of deposit i aver usually have to be patient if you've exceeded by coniciones or bad question directly to administrators, they inform you sure you solve it quickly or give you any explanation I hope helped aberto salt...
