so what do you guys think is the hardest part about building a bankroll?? for me i would have to say its the self control part of it...it feels awesome to win but sum times tht can clean out ur bank if u keep shooting for the big prize. but doin the buy in for 20% of ur bankroll is a good idea just hard to stay on tht path. guess thts what makes pro's pros. ha

I go by the 20% rule myself. i play small money games,cashing in is easier in the smaller money games,and dont take as long. just be patient and you can make it grow. BE smart and do not let the a s sholes upset ya!~!!! godd luck and strong willpower helps..

hahaha,,sometimes when i mad or upset,i'll just all in ahahaha,,i knw thats wrong,i tried to control myself but just sometimes i cant control specially if i am very upset nh

Hardest part is to know to play good poker... good enough to be profitable..You must learn that on hard way almost always...

The 20% is straight from Ferguson's advice if I remember correctly, but I did take some advice from the Mobsters and been playing in some $1 +.01 SnG games to build confidence and my bankroll. Of course abiding by the 20% of the free $$ I earned in freerolls. Still learning myself and a Big Thanks to BRM and the Mobsters for the help. Good Luck!

i love to have about 200 x buy in so if i have 200 i ll play only 1-2 $ mtt or sngs and also cash games but not bigger the 0.25/0.50 so allways u must choose your self how many money u can spend and how the risik to loose them was i prefer safe money but not risky play good luck and have fun
If i have $10 i will play 1cent/2cent until i win $20 then move up until i win $50 then i will play 25cent/50cent and stay there no matter what i can win more than enough so if i lose $20 i can rebuy but still have money left over to start again.
