Its to make clear your personal details are real ... i suggest you deposit minimum and then withdraw the money if you only want to play freerolls. I think its have to do with something like too many fake accounts comming from romania.

its the rule at party poker, that you gotta deposit if u wanna play real money games, nothing specific for romania so either deposit minimum or if u cant/ dont wanna deposit then you will have to play at some other site. gl

As a member of bankroll mob you can request their free deposit offer. Go to your mob account and read up on requests for free money deposits. That's what I did and I now have a real money account.
