If you don´t get any candidates, just open a Moneybookers account. You can transfer between sites really fast with that and it costs nothing. Most people do it that way.

yeah, that was what came in my mind too. Just cash some money to moneybookers and than to FT or whatever you like

Its a restriction..Its the same in Turkey...Gambling falls under the law I think.. in Philipines is the same..that's why. ... poor people.
At PokerStars , I transfer money to one turkish friend between players account...but I dont think its possible with FullTilt... they dont have this option...which is sad.
