my OMG was not just about this hand but i did the exact same thing earlier and he shipped it in with 9s when i checked the flop with AJ and a J high flop knowing he was going to ship me the chips and he got runner runner that time to so this was extra painfull he did it twice after i had made a good come back to get my chip stack back up from about 50k and go out like this Angry Angry Sad Disagree Disagree Aww crap! Aww crap! Disagree Sad
just had a look at the hand again i never checked the flop i just min raised because i knew he would ship the chips in as i seen him do this a load of times and knew he would reraise

lol he was american but you get donks from everywhere Big Smile Blink yea im not to bothered s**t happens but i could not believe he got runner runner on me 2 times in about 15 hands. at the end of the day i got him to do what i wanted twice and ship his chips in way behind on the flop but sometimes its not to be. i could of went all in on the flop or bet bigger but i wanted him to do what he did so ive no complaints just a luckbox Sad Big Smile

this was indeed a seek beat , i can only see 2 reasons why he went all-in and that is ... he was on tilt for some reason or he tried to bluff with a donk move .
anyway , when you have come so far in a tour it is hard to lose in such way , feel sorry for you .

Yeah a bad one but still standard, happend every day.

My worst bad beat is hitting trips with jacks on the flop, against 88. Turn 8. River, padaaaaa... 8!

Though that was just a NL10 buy in.

My worst bad beat moneywise is getting chucked out of a tournament really close to the prizemoney, which started at 107 $ or something like it, with AA against A9o, all in pre flop, and he rivers a straight!! Sad

But I feel for you to.

true but still a sore one to get hit with, but really my only point of this thread really was for the people who post bad beats AK vs AQ all in pre-flop or AK vs 7s which are not even really bad beats its just losing a flip or with the AK vs AQ is just a tad unlucky if the AQ wins is just a tad unlucky but really standard stuff if you know what i mean. i dod not mean this was a special bad one or nothing like that Smile

I love those runner runner suckouts. Cool

But nice call by your opponent. That guy knows what he is doing. Big Smile

It happens to all of us. The faster you forget about it, the better you`ll be IMHO. If you get too many one after the other a break is recommended.

Best of luck in the future.
