some times when your bonus request has been aproved on bankrollmob, it can take 24 hours for the bonus to appear in your poker account, i hope this helps see you soon for new posts and good luck at the tables

Yeah actually - now that you say this - I remember - it was about 24hrs after I was approved that I got my points.. I remember because I was approved on a Sunday and I thought it was odd.. but then I didn't get my points until Monday evening..
So maybe give it another 24-48hrs then contact Players Only support if your points aren't there.. GL

When I got my points, they never did show up in my profile. I looked everywhere, never found them. But I did have them, I did what jess said and registered for a GTD. Not really impressed with Players Only. So by tomorrow I would have to say you will have them.
hi! i got my vips,but im waited 4days. i contacted 3times to support..but they didnt do anything. my other merge account HighContrast. I won 1300$.. 700$from 50k gtd and won some from few tours.. It was on feltstars.. Never play on feltstars.. that site is s**t.. im waited 2months my money and they didnt sent me.. i was very angry and i lost all bucks on videopoker and higher buy in tours.. (400$ on tours and other part of my roll in 25$ stake videopoker..) Avoid feltstars!! and avoid tilt
