For me the best is PT3. HEM realy bad looking. before used HEM and dissapointed. Now using PT3 for few weeks and happy with that Try google search PT3 vs HEM vs Elephant. Good luck with your choice
Well, it's up to you. You should try trials of both and then choose one. I prefer HEM, for me HEM has better interface and I just like it But you really should try both, then you'll see how it looks, how it works, what can you do with them etc.

Well I don`t know HEM and PT3. I am using elephant because I got this software version for free. I am pretty satisfied with it, even though I am still not very experienced with it.
Try google search PT3 vs HEM vs Elephant. Good luck with your choice 
But you really should try both, then you'll see how it looks, how it works, what can you do with them etc.
