Pulp Fiction! So many cool scenes, fun story line and good roles matched with good actors. My favourite scene is Samuel Jackson and the Jack In The Box burger bit, right before he blows away the guy.

Great Minds think alike! I was only in 8th grade when this movie came out I was forbidden to see it. Which i of course dis-obeyed. I'm pretty sure that movie changed my life, I never wanted to touch heroin or cocaine ever. Way better detterent then the D.A.R.E. Drug progam of the late eighties and early ninties. My favorite scene would have to be when bruce willis's character and marceles wallace escape the would be rapist hill billies, and the Thug lets him go on the condition he never shows his face in town again. Great Flick & nice thread!

lol, it was a toss up between Casino or Pulp Fiction, Pulp Fiction was an excellent movie as well, my favorite seen in the movie is when they call "The Wolf" to come help them clean up the dead black dude they shot by accident in the car
I have the Pulp Fiction DVD, it's the Collectors Edition and I still watch it from time to time. Quentan Tarantino is awesome. There are so many good parts to that film...my fav is when Bruce Willis goes back and saves Ving Rhames. Got me cheering the first time I saw it. Got a copy of the Jack Rabbit Slim's menu also.

I haven't decided which one to pick at this point! Mobster movies has always been my favorite. Actually always wanted to live back in the 20's and 30's although I'd be dead now. Love joe Pesci in Goodfellas, but liked Al Pacino in Scarface, Casino and Pulp Fiction are very good also. Actually I've seen them all more then 4 or 5 times probably. Like watching the documentaries on Lucky Luciano, Al Capone, dillon and all those Mobsters so I need to pick jusat one , huh?

Well its impossible to pick one, there are so many good movies on that list. For me Godfathers, followed closely by scarface and pulpfiction. Those 3 stand out from the rest for me, but the others are also great movies. A lot of great actors in these movies as well, but for me Al Pacino is the best actor ever. Very nice thread

OMG lmaoooo. Has to be one of my favorite scenes. I gotta go with pulp fiction on this as well. The actors they put together for this 1 is classic. Although there are some very excellent choices in this blog, wtg on including the great ones.

hmm thats a tough one but i picked pulp fiction but i love carlitos way too, the ending to that is great and a great story. One thats not there and i think is one of the best gangster films ive seen is City Of God, its all in subtitles for me anyway as i cant understand portuguese but if you have not seen it you should try watch it even if you dont like subtitles you will get into it the story is really good and also lots of lunatics shooting people and so on
had to vote for scarface on this one kind of surprized no one else did its the movie that made it possible for the rest of these movies to be made. It pushed the bar and did you know that the writer of the movie spent 3 months in columbia researching this movie nearly got killed when they suspected him of beening CIA, he got addicted to coke and spent most of the filming in rehab. Its still an iconic movie to this day

Hi there - good to see my fav movie "Lock Stock & Two smoking barrels" - i've seen this movie about 30 times, great watch and a great story line. Reminds me how many times I have lost money, nearly got it back, then s.h.i.t. happens.
Pulp-Fiction isn't a Mob movie. Sorry but its just a plain crime-saga, sorta like Heat. Just cuz there are Hitmen doesn't mean they are Mob related. But anyhow, Goodfellas by a long shot.

Thats a really hard choice to take actually. If we talk about movies i think Cassino and Pulp Ficyion would be my favourite mosters movie. But if we speak about mosters in general than the sopranos got to be the best movie about mob in general. All from the characters, to the action, to the location, all is just about mob in it's finest way. Yes, it's not the classic 60 or 70' mob movies but it's a current interpretation of that world in the modern world. However i think hollywood could do a modern interpretation of the autenthical mob movies that were 20 or 30 years ago. I don't think that some people will have something against and even better i think this type of movie could actually get a lot of attention, much more than the current action movies.
