------------ I see they are $30 for the cheapest one i think i will have a bash at them, would be nice to get into a $10k buy in for $30 lol
Don't even try and save those $30 Those $30 sats to the 10K main event are 3x turbo rebuys and at the end of the rebuy phase blinds will already be 2K/4K or even higher. So unless you're willing to rebuy about 10 times in the late phase, there's no real point in playing these

i do quite good at they 3x turbos i like them, you dont have to rebuy. I do the double up soon as i enter then the add on. they do tend to be alot of bingo but just sit tight and pick your spots against certain players

Yeah I watched you for a short while. Just a suggestion about your play though: In one hand pot was 5400 preflop (because of the antes obv),and you raised to 600 after 2 people limped. There is no real reason in it since with such a raise you create zero fold equity and you also don't build up the pot significantly.

well done photo
about what you said BeMyATM yea in that format you either limp or raise massive the pots are great to take down pre and as you said there is no point raising if you dont raise enough

good question ... not used to this format think thats the first Ante mtt i played not counting the sats into it .... so what to be raising was a interesting question . i wanted to find how little i needed to raise to get the job done .... and also dependent on how others were playing ... eg the tighter players like me folded to lower raises but the agg looser players still called extreme raises with any two cards ... probably near the end of my game i should have changed tactics and got more agg with my raises ...

Well SCOOP didnt go well for me last night. Trippled up to 15K after 1st break with AQ>KQ>99,then totally carddead for about 30 minutes and no chances to steal since there were many early position raises. Then when I got blinded down to 6BB (blinds were already 700/1400) I shoved 67s blind vs. blind, got called by A4s and it held.
Oh well, gonna play the $22 4x shootout today. The good thing is that I've sold about 50% of my action in these tournaments,so I'm only paying half of the buy in myself. That means that I'll also have to forfeit those ~ 50% if I cash, but should I run good enough to go deep I don't really care about if its 20K or 10K

Take it easy Flipped, shake off those pokervibes for a couple of days and then you can return to the tables fresh, focused and rejuvenated. There are plenty of scoops left for you, just take one down and all is good
