I enjoy freerolls and small sng play but now with ps and ft deemed illegal for us americans I have no clue where to play. Does anyone have any advise on america friendly sites. If they have no deposit bonuses it would be a plus too get a feel for the action. Thanks guys
If you take alook at the top of the page there and click reviews tab youll see almost every site there is and they tell you what sites US players are aloud to play as well as some very detailed reviews

Both the Cake and the Merge network have decent poker rooms. The biggest dogs are Cake Poker and Carbon Poker. The players base was much smaller than Stars or Full Tilt, but that may change if the big three will be out of the US market for a long time.

Keep in mind that if you decide to play at the Merge network that you hurry up with signing up there. They will end their rakeback deals from beginning of June.

All sites have deposit bonuses. And all give ticket for depositors freeroll. Cake has one freeroll but in merge you can play for 14 days a 500$ freeroll. thats a good chance to score some extra money there

Bodog is great, its what i switched to after Full Tilt went down. You can get a no deposit bonus from BRM if you're a first time user. You get $10 to play with and a tourney ticket thats worth $11. Lots of low to mid level tourneys to play.

Be careful, just because there are sites that are still ok for Americans to use, doesn't mean they not next on the FBI's hit list. If the American gov is willing to after the 3 they did, then you can be assured they will be going after all of the poker sites. They have to, you can't nail 3 and not the other 10-20. So where ever you decide to play, be careful, that site could be next.....

Merge is a good network and gives you 35% rakeback, however, since black friday it turned from one of the softest to the probably hardest network (even NL4 fullring is full of nits now).
I'd move to truepoker/doylesroom (same network so site doesnt matter). Soft games, daily freerolls (they give you 4 SNG freeroll tickets of 10 player SNGs where 1st wins $10),SNGs as low as $1 buy in and Cashgames from $0.01/$0.02. I'd also consider it to be the safest site for US players money-wise. I heard they process cashouts for US players within days.
I don't know if you can get rakeback on doylesroom so probably just sign up through bankrollmob rakeback on truepoker.
