Well since I was having a really bad down swing this month I decided not to reload this month, but I still played some freerolls in wich I made some cash. My 6 tournament dollar I trew away in a sit and go with a stupid misclick while I wasn't paying attention. Then I still had 30 cent in tournament dollar so I used it to play a 0.25 +0.5 sattelite to the dailly dollar on full tilt. After playing about 8-9 hours I managed to finish 3rd and earn myself 340$ with the 30 cents I had left from the tournament dollars. I didn't think I would make it to the final table because at 150 people left I dropt down to 3-4BB altho I was running great the entire tournament always to 50 1 suck out crippled me but I wasn't going to give up and I did it and finished 3rd^^. I think I would have made 2nd or 1st place but after 9 hours of play and no sleep in 38 hours I'm just glad I finished in the top 5. This was also a good moral boost so hopefully I will keep it up.

Hi Battle87
Nice to hear your downswing is over, but beware it could return asap. What a great result with 30cents. I have played the daily dollar a few times and have not reached final table ever - my best finish was 14th. My time will come though.
I look forward to hearing what happens to your $340 - hopefully you will play a few sng's and boost it to $500. GL to you whatever you do.

Grats to you, very well done, keep it going like this and think of a good Bankroll management. Till now I never played these daily dollar tourneys, can somebody explain it to me, how it works.

very nice win and great return for your 30 cents, its really hard to survive long in these big tournaments but 1 final table can give a massive boost to your bankroll. now use that money wisely and get more sleep
Have you considered paying youself for your well deserved efforts? This way if that nasty ole downswing reoccurs you'll have something to show for or fall back on. Congrats, Job well done.

yeah I am going to do that, withdrawn most of it. And going to try and manage it again today, won my entrie again this time with ftpp. I know I could just buy myself in but its more forfilling if I could do it again but only with ftpp today, also got a midnight madness ticket but I think I'll keep that for tommorow. Daily dollar and Midnight madness after each other is to much of a time span I'm playing poker.

Congratulations on a nice cash! Always cool to beat out so many players and hit the cash in a big tourney. Keep some in your bankroll and use the rest wisely, like strippers, lap dances, booze and smokes.

Congrats on the nice cash. I find myself taking anywhere from 2 weeks to two months when I have a downswing. Glad to see you made a nice cash, decent enough to build a nice bankroll from the tourney. My best advice, keep your chin up

Congratulations sir, thats really a great performance, but frankly i would personally deposit all those money than playing like 9 hours non stop poker. Thats actually the main reason for which i'm a cash games player and not a tournament or sit and go player. One of the strong points of a tournament poker player is to have a good pshyicological state, both for the long hours of play( i heard of mmts that last 13 hours, thats simply sick) and also to face the big downswings of this type of game, i mean you can play for days and only be on minus. Now if you are a good tournament and sng player i wouod suugest you to continue playing this type of games, but if this was a exception from the rule only to boost your bankroll than you can come back to cash. It's really a personal option! Good luck and keep us posted!

I went broke, but because I decided to withdraw all of my bankroll, I boosted it up to 680. Having some health issues so I can't play to much anymore, trying to boost my leaderboard position once in a while but 8-10 hour tournament sessions are out of the question atm. its nothing serious but I have a hernia and I played to much lately it kinda make it hurts more so I'm having a break untill next month then I'll deposit again. And thx for the responses. Ooh and about my try yesterday, I fell asleep before the tournament so I'll have to postpone that to
