anyone else having problems with tournys latly? i was in the middle or one on stars the other day when it got shut down...got my money back luckily...now was just in a rebuy on partypoker, rebought 7times and had that closed...HOPE i get my money back on that one
WOW..just got a email from partypoker there only givin me 3$ back because of my chip size?? im a palladium member (second highest on partypoker) and they treat me like this hahaahah no wonder i left in the first place
a month or so ago i blew off over 11K partypoints on cash n stuff (which i regret) since i have recently deposited there agin for a few tournys
i would hope so lately theres been pauses in the middle of games on fulltilt something about network connection problems not sure about PP but by alrights they should give you your flow back

thanks for ur reply tim...i just cashed out my roll on party because of the tourny selection a lil while back and now deposited just 50$ luckily to build another roll...the tourny i was just kicked outta was only a 2$ rebuy so um only in it for 16$ but thats no the point lol i got an email from them a lil while back wheni hit palladium asking what they can do to make my time there more pleasureable...NOT THIS lol..its not the money its the princible! y would us players lose our money because they messed up?

Never had tourney problems on PP, FT sometimes. But yeah, only returning 3$ for your chipsize is rediculous. If they shut the tourney down everyone shoud get all their invested money back including the tourney fee! It's their fold so they can't just distribute the prize money over the field according to chipsize and keep the fee's in the process. Kinda fishy, that's no way to treat your palladium-members

aresholes lol i was very annoyed as the field was goin down and wanted to play poker not watch a blank screen lol....i ended up finding another tourny to play which calmed me down a little bit! pp's tourny selection is horrilbe compaired to the compitition. anyways contacted support and they didnt seem to happy about my email lol ...managed to get a whooping 7.50$ outta 1$ tourny so all together with my 2.80,10$ and 7.50$ i might be up about 2bux after my headaches lol

I apologise for this inconvenience. The email below explains how the refund amount was calculated and what our cancellation policy is in general. We have tried to make this procedure as fair as possible for all participating players and that is why 50% of the prizepool is divided equally and 50% - based on chip count at the time of the cancellation.
I will top up your refund with another $10 USD and I really hope we won't have to face an unpleasant situation like this in future.

I had problems on PartyPoker last night, It wouldnt show me any SnGs to play... I contacted support and they said everything should be ok... So I rebooted my poker client and everything seemed to be working fine after that...

lol they wernt to pleased when i drained my account eather lol i think ill deposit enough back there to support the 11$ rebuys but withdrawing if i get win anything good...dont need them conspiring aginst me and shutting me down for some untold rule or somthing

I'm very pleased i don't play that much on party poker. I made my party poker account only because bankrollmob offered the 150 dollars no deposit offer. I started to play to release the rest of the bonus but i quickly quited because i really don't like the poker software they have there, as for support i'm not sure sice i never contacted them. I only played tournaments on full tilt poker and they always were very professional, and always gave me the full buy ins back when situations like this one happend. I really think it's very wrong to get you less money due the fact you have less chips than you entered at first, thats just a invalid argument on my opinion but that again is their call and you can't do anything about it....
and had that closed...HOPE i get my money back on that one
