No, you have to deposit using creditcard or another deposit method.

does mooneybookers count for this, so if say you had your mob points money sent to mooneybookers, then transerd it to everset would that count

Ok, and can I get the "reload bonus" if I use the Points directly or do I need to cash it out and than cash it in?

I don't think a mobpoints cashout to a pokersite counts as a deposit.
