Yeah, the fact that they didn't paid the money to the players from united states is bad, but the fact that they had this connection problem is not entirely their problem, it must be an internet provider problem that links their servers, and you can do basically anything, still it ads up in the end for a bad image of the poker platform. Unfortunately i wasn't online when this happend so luck;y i wasn't affected at all by this issue they had but i registered moments earlier and now it seems all is okay, which is good. Still, i think it wasn't too nice for those players that were in the middle of a tournament or sng , or even in a cash game, still from what i know funds will be refunded to all players, no matter if they were playing cash or in a tournament. This issue was nothing compared to the one from pokerstars a few months ago, if you remember

why?
I was in the tournament what started at 17:00 (CET) You see that I am 7th, a nice place of 1208 people.. Normally I would get 0,75 cents if I could hold that place
But because no one was able to connect to the server, the tournament closed (<- ok I understand this) but still my bankroll is 0,28
when will it go on the tournament? will there be any refund? if the tournament starts, do I still have my nice big stack?
please awnser me, I am to stupid to figure it out by myself, I don't see a date for a restart
